Headquartered just west of downtown Phoenix, Right Place Properties is a real estate investment and development firm specializing in affordable, entry-level condominiums.
Since our inception in 1990, we've made it our goal to help people accomplish the American dream by owning their own home. We do this by providing high quality, reasonably priced condos that allow buyers to make the move from renting to owning.
Right Place Properties is committed to helping those who do not have large financial resources or the know-how, but do have the desire and credibility to own a home. We also work with special lending needs and less-than-perfect credit histories, referring potential buyers for credit counseling when appropriate. We're proud to say our programs provide the possibility of homeownership to many families and individuals who have never had that opportunity in the past.
In a market where more than one in 10 households are forced to live in crowded or substandard living conditions due to a shortage in affordable housing, Right Place Properties levels the playing field by offering entry-level homes in the $85,000 to $245,000 price range.
Properties are located throughout the Phoenix Valley. Most communities offer a community center, exercise room, library and business office, controlled access gates, play area, pool, and reserved covered parking. In addition, our units feature new dècor, floor coverings and appliances.
Every property has an on-site sales center that is staffed by a licensed Real Estate Professional employed by the company. Most are fluent in both English and Spanish.
Right Place Properties is a privately held business. Limited Liability Companies (LLC) are formed as ownership entities for the condominium renovation/conversion projects.
